jr. stylist
 
One who has been meticulously trained by our Master Design Artists and offer outstanding service. THey have completed
our basic training and are ready to begin servicing clients.

At this level, they are encouraged to ask a Master Stylist or Master Design Artist for assistance.

All of the work performed by this level is checked by a Master Stylist or Master Design Artist, at the completion of the service.

sr. stylist
 
One who has been meticulously trained by our Master Design Artists and offer outstanding service. They have completed all programs
required by T. Carlton's and have completed all Junior Stylist Requiremennts.

At this level, they have focused on building thier clientele. by offering techniques that range from classic to current.

master artist
 
One who has been meticulously trained by our Master Design Artists and offer outstanding service. They are able to take on
any and all looks "classic cutting edge".

At this level, they have obtained and maintained a well-established clientele. A Mater Artist is one that has been
with T. Carlton's for quite some time and has achieved this level through hard work and artistry.

master design
 
One who has traveled the country to attend some of the best educational academies and education venues in the world. They
are continuously striving to create new and exciting looks.

At this level, they work or have worked as educators for major haircare companies. Master Design Artists are part of
T. Carlton’s Design Team and may also be part of our Management Training Team.

Hard work, dedication, expertise and inspiration are what this level is all about.
